We have a unique opportunity for a traveling Personal Assistant. Our client is looking for an experienced Steward/ess wanting to take their valuable skillset ashore.



We are seeking a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and someone who embraces change and can pivot as needed. We are looking for a ‘yes’ person who is well presented, and well mannered.


This role is a full-time traveling role, during which you will be frequently moving between Cairo and Dubai. Other travel destinations will include the USA, Mykonos and St Tropez.


Responsibilities:

Daily tasks will frequently chance, and this role is a mix of a Personal Assistant and a Steward/ess role.

Personal duties will include things like

  • Packing suitcases
  • Wardrobe management
  • Running personal errands
  • Organising hotels and restaurant bookings
  • Coordinating drivers
  • Requesting things from appropriate departments of staff on our client’s behalf.
  • There will also be a lot of duties revolving around this clients business ventures such as; organising work trips, running business errands, researching events and making connections with relevant contacts.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Great initiative and quick to understand and take on new tasks.
  • Yacht stewardess experience.
  • A Drivers license.
  • University degree in design, business or architecture (preferred but not essential).
  • Must have visa for the Mediterranean, Egypt can be arranged. Candidates with B1B2 or passports where they only need a standard ESTA visa to enter the USA will also be considered.


Position Details:

  • Contract: Full time with a 3 month probation.
  • Start Date: January 2025
  • Salary: Up to €6000 a month
  • Benefits: To be discussed during the interview

Partners are welcome to live on the estate at no additional cost. Our ideal candidate will have a background in private households or in the yachting industry. Main Duties: Lead the daily housekeeping operations across all properties within the estate. Set the tone and standard for assistant housekeepers and ad hoc staff. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order, ensuring consistency throughout all residences. Learn and maintain the preferences of the principals and regular guests. Report any defects or maintenance issues clearly and promptly to the Property Manager. Manage housekeeping inventories and stock control. Oversee wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking. Provide formal table service in collaboration with the Chef during dining events. Ensure laundry and garment care are carried out to the highest standards. Welcome the principals and guests on arrival and ensure their comfort during stays. Support and liaise with the wider estate team as required.
